Since 2014, Brady has served as the chief operating officer of Bently Enterprises; an umbrella company overseeing the leadership and over half a billion dollars of assets for Bently Heritage, Bently Ranch, Bently Nob Hill, and Bently Reserve. His mission is to blend humble leadership with high ethical standards.
Bently manages a portfolio of commercial property worldwide, a cattle and agriculture ranch, and a world-class distillery. Leading and mentoring general managers and directors of shared services, Brady is responsible for the legal, technical, operational, creative, sales, and market needs for all the Bently companies.
Prior to COO, Brady was an Art & Technology Director, directly involved in the curation, management, and execution of both creative and technical requirements for a variety of industries. He's designed for household names such as William Sonoma, the GAP, Nike Town, Harley Davidson, Snap-on, the Smithsonian, ComEd, Verizon, AT&T, and PG&E.
Brady studied finance and philosophy at Southern New Hampshire University. When not working, he is active in learning new languages, reading the humanities, playing piano, or watching baseball. And he is certainly spending time with is lovely wife and daughter.
