Randy Vo

in Dog, Randy Vo

I talked one more time yesterday morning (while in Chicago) with Randy Vo. He had told me last Wednesday that he would be getting the money to reimburse us for the medical to save Hanzõ’s life and would keep in constant contact: he hadn’t. He said he reason he was ‘ducking’ me is because he ‘didn’t have any money’; including the original money we used to purchase Hanzõ. He was going to think about it for another day and pleaded that he didn’t want to go to court.

To document the incident, I’ve loaded up a personal page of Randy Vo and have submitted this story to Rip-off Report. If needed, I’ll be releasing a press note to editors and submitting documents to local retailers about this situation in the hopes no one else has to deal with it… and, of course, I’ll probably have to finalize my small claims later this evening.

hello, i just wanted to let you know that i have purchased 2 wonderful puppys from randy that have brought nothing but happiness to my life . a french bulldog and a maltesse and i must say he has been nothing but a joy to deal with. my dogs were healthy and he was very good at making sure they had there first shots and he provided me with there papers, and even went as far as to check in with me several months after my purchase. i’m very sorry your puppy was ill but when you purchase a living creature there is a good chance they might get sick and that there might be vet bills . i wish you and your dog well… michael

“i’m very sorry your puppy was ill but when you purchase a living creature there is a good chance they might get sick and that there might be vet bills ”

That’s very true, but in this case we never received papers, and the vet verified the puppy had parvo prior to sale, so I wouldn’t chalk this up to chance…. believe me, I’m sure both Randy and I wish we had the luck you had Michael:)

Thank you for the kind wishes, it’s good to hear a positive story from the sale. I hope our outcome is as positive as yours!

Your story is so sad and unfortunately too frequently true for other people, though with other breeders. Putting his name and business up on Ripoff Report was a good idea, and reaches a wide audience. The only way we can eliminate careless breeders, puppy mills and bad puppy stores is by making their crimes known in places like Ripoff Reprot. I was victimized by a bad breeder with one of my labs, and now I deal with regular vet bills because of all her problems. Thanks for standing up for dogs and for giving good advice on recourse. I don’t see anything final on the puppy, so I hope he’s healed and growing.

Thank you Cami for your support and kind words! I’m sorry to hear about your poor Lab- you’re a great person to give him such a healthy home and to take care of him.

The puppy is healing and growing stronger now, I was going to post up with photos very soon. It’s been an expensive ride, but it’s worth it to see him getting better so soon.
