Over two years of research, development, and design culminated in two applications: a simplified login + time off management system, and an advanced management application. Working closely with HR, over 20 pages of California and Federal code was documented and translanted into a sound Django environment, built on open-source technologies, and web standards. The result is platform independent and future proof for a mobile environment.
