Over two years of research, development, and design culminated in a simplified project management site in my vision. Bently Holdings grew fast, and subsequently the sheer volume of information between departments was overlapping in priority, and documentation was faultering. After testing over 20 Property Management Applications, I knew we’d need an app 1) flexible, 2) built on forward thinking standards, 3) focused on Getting Things Done, 4) and simplified in training and design.

Every aspect of this design is meant to share knowledge without forced intervention: vendors and contacts share their knowledge and history between departments to avoid linkage blindness. Loved in a Django environment, built on open-source technologies, and focused on modern web standards. The result is platform independent and future proof for a mobile environment and focused on a paper-free, green environment.
